Plans live in your portal. Once your site is launched you add, change or cancel one yourself, in a couple of clicks. Nothing to sign, no email to send, no notice period. Cancel and you simply keep it until the month you've paid for runs out.
New work sits outside the plans. A new page, a campaign landing page or a whole new feature is quoted the same way as your build: fixed, agreed before I start, no meter running. No plan required, and it's open to every client.
The alternative is a hosting company, a security plugin, an analytics tool and a freelancer when something breaks, with you as the project manager in the middle. A plan exists so none of that is your job.
How the money works
Because you shouldn't be punished for asking questions, and I shouldn't be rewarded for working slowly. We agree the scope and the price up front, and I carry the risk of it taking longer. You always know the number.
If you want something genuinely new, I'll quote it as a small, separate addition and wait for your yes before doing it. Your original price never quietly creeps upward.
